We also offer a 24-hour turnaround cast iron cylinder head resurfacing service using precision surface grinding to restore the head face. This method typically provides a superior surface finish compared to fly-cutting cast iron, reducing chatter marks and issues caused by tool wear or blunting.

We also offer 24-hour turnaround aluminium cylinder head resurfacing using precision fly-cutting equipment to restore the head face to a high-quality finish. Fly-cutting is particularly well suited to aluminium cylinder heads, producing an accurate and consistent surface finish ideal for modern gasket sealing requirements.

We provide comprehensive cylinder head overhauls using professional-grade equipment throughout the process. Services include Mira 3-angle valve seat cutting, Kwik-Way valve refacing, bronze K-Line valve guide installation, pressure testing, vacuum testing, and precise valve clearance setting — delivering high-quality, reliable results for everything from classics to performance engines. Using our Prince crankshaft grinding machine, we provide accurate crankshaft regrinding services for classic, performance, and modern engines. Main and big end journals are machined to precise tolerances by John, who has nearly 50 years of experience operating the Prince grinder. Every crankshaft is finished ready for rebuild and bearing installation.

Our workshop is equipped with both Vixen Aqua Blast and Vixen Jetair shot blasting systems, allowing us to clean and restore everything from aluminium casings to heavily contaminated steel parts. Alongside our hot tank and intensive cleaning procedures, we ensure components are properly prepared for machining, restoring, or final assembly.
